Terms of Service

1. The service
Zivara provides container hosting. You may deploy applications from approved templates within the limits of your plan.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account, your credentials and all activity under them. You must provide accurate information and verify your email address.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for spam, malware, scanning or attacking others, illegal content, cryptocurrency mining, or to circumvent resource limits. We may suspend or remove workloads that violate these terms or endanger the platform or other customers.
4. Plans, billing and renewal
Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices and quotas are shown on the pricing page. Taxes may apply.
5. Failed payments and cancellation
If a payment fails we notify you and provide a grace period. If it remains unpaid your apps are stopped, and your data is retained for a retention period before it may be deleted; we notify you before deletion. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
6. Your data
You own your data. You are responsible for backups appropriate to your needs. We take backups of platform data but do not guarantee recovery of customer data.
7. Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
