What we collect
Account data (name, email, hashed password), organization and billing profile, usage metrics for your containers (CPU, memory, storage, network), audit logs of actions in your account, and technical logs (IP address, user agent) for security.
Payments
Card and bank details are collected and stored by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers or bank credentials; we keep only Stripe identifiers, the card brand and last four digits, and invoice records.
How we use it
To provide and secure the service, bill you, notify you about your account, and prevent abuse. We do not sell personal data.
We send transactional emails (verification, receipts, payment problems, renewals, service notices). These are required to operate your account.
Retention
Usage records are kept for 30 days in detail and daily summaries for 400 days. After cancellation or suspension, your workload data is retained for the retention period described in the Terms and then may be deleted.
